In this episode I go over the importance of a Troop actively marketing the Pack and the Webelos Dens.  I discuss different ways which a Troop might secure future Troop members from the Pack.

This episode focuses on the Patrol Leader's Council and the role it plays in the planning and conducting programs for Troop meetings and campouts.  It has some helpful hints for Scouts to be able to come up with ideas for the Troop calendar.

This Podcast focuses on the old Leadership Program, what it did for the Troops in terms of keeping older Scouts involved, and how Troops are starting to reinstate this program that was dissolved in 1989.
